Ft.Campbell Here We Come
Being a military wife, moving was nothing new to me. Every few years we were off to a new city. We have been all across the world, and this time we were off to Ft.Campbell, Kentucky! We were not going to be living on base as I had found a great 4 bedroom home in nearby Clarksville, Tennessee that we loved.
I began to prepare for this move as soon as we were told. Boxes began to be filled, change of address forms given to all of the important people. This time I would be setting up all new services with cable, utilities, and such. I had it arranged so that it would all be turned on the day before we were to arrive. In order to balance our life, we need to relax for a while. Traveling or vacation is one of the best ways to relax after working so hard. However, of course we should be armed with travel and vacation safety knowledge to make sure we will come back home safely and happy. These tips will keep us safe while we are enjoying our trip.
1. Read the latest information about our destination. Check the travel health notices for the country or place that we want to visit. Some places are prone to diseases like bird flu, malaria and natural disasters for example earthquake, flood or tsunamis. It is wise to be prepared than get sick or trapped in emergencies.
